Welcome to RideBids. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RideBids website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “RideBids Platform” or “Platform”). 

By creating an account, accessing, or using the RideBids Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms, and any disputes arising from or related to them, are governed by applicable U.S. federal and state laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any Supplemental Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and RideBids regarding use of the Platform. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

17. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the RideBids Platform, or any ride arranged through the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against RideBids.

The arbitrator may award relief only on an individual basis and only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual claim. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
