RideBids does not permit advertisements related to:

- Tobacco, drugs, or gambling
- Violent, hateful, or discriminatory material
- Financial institutions, or lending services
RideBids reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, or remove any advertisement at our discretion.
4. Transparency & Disclosure
RideBids is committed to clear and honest disclosure. Affiliate links and sponsored placements will be clearly identified using language such as:

- “Sponsored placement.”

6. Advertising Placement and Frequency
To maintain a clean and professional user experience, advertisements are limited to designated areas, including:

- Dedicated “Resources” or “Travel Tips” pages
Advertisements will never interrupt ride-offer creation, driver acceptance pages, or core functions of the RideBids app.
7. Liability
RideBids is not responsible for:

- Transactions completed with third-party partners
- Content, policies, or experiences on third-party websites
Advertising relationships do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between RideBids and any advertiser.
